OnePlus Expands Indian Flagship Series With New 16GB RAM Variant Priced at Rs. 68,999

OnePlus has expanded its flagship smartphone lineup in India by introducing a new top-tier memory configuration for the OnePlus 13s. The device, which originally debuted in the country last year in two configurations offering up to 12GB of RAM, now includes a 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant positioned at the top of the compact smartphone series.

The refreshed configuration arrives alongside existing models, providing power users with expanded multitasking capabilities. The base and mid-tier versions of the device continue to be sold at Rs. 54,999 for the 12GB plus 256GB model and Rs. 59,999 for the 12GB plus 512GB configuration, while the new 16GB variant is listed at Rs. 68,999. Within the Indian market, this pricing places the device alongside rival compact offerings such as the Oppo Reno16 and Apple iPhone 17e.

The top-of-the-line 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage variant is available through major online channels, including Amazon and the official OnePlus online store. Buyers purchasing the new configuration can access instant bank discounts of up to Rs. 2,000 when using select credit card partners, which include HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC First Bank, and IndusInd Bank.

The handset is offered in three distinct colour variants across its lineup, designated as Black Velvet, Green Silk, and Pink Satin, though availability for specific colorways can vary depending on the chosen memory tier.
