Ukraine Says North Korea Prepares Another 10000 Troops for Russia Deployment

Beyond troop commitments, Ukrainian assessments allege that bilateral cooperation between Pyongyang and Moscow has expanded into domestic defense production. Zelenskiy claimed that Moscow has actively assisted North Korean authorities in establishing domestic manufacturing capabilities for attack drones, creating a reciprocal supply pipeline that supports both nations' military objectives.

South Korean officials expressed formal regret over the public announcement, asserting that both governments had agreed to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the transfer.
