Under the agreement, Mahajan Imaging will serve as Neuberg's exclusive partner across seven North Indian states and Union territories, covering the National Capital Region, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir. Furthermore, Mahajan Imaging and Labs will assume control of Neuberg's existing laboratory operations located in Noida, Lucknow, and Jammu.

The initiative targets initial concentration in Delhi-NCR and surrounding markets before expanding into other major North Indian cities over an 18-month timeline. The covered territory represents approximately 40 percent of India's population, according to company statements.
