In its home market of Kerala, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has accumulated over Rs 132.45 crore, officially overtaking Vaazha 2 to claim the status of the industry's biggest grosser. The romantic comedy achieved rapid milestones during its initial weeks, crossing the Rs 100 crore worldwide mark in just five days and hitting Rs 200 crore within twelve days. Trade analysts highlight that the film represents the fastest romantic comedy in Malayalam cinema to achieve these figures.

The widespread commercial success has also reshaped industry milestones for its lead actor. Trade reports indicate that Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is now the highest-grossing film of Nivin Pauly's career, positioning him as the only solo actor after Mohanlal to anchor films in both the Rs 200 crore and Rs 300 crore global clubs. Industry trackers estimate that with a reported production budget of Rs 23 crore, the worldwide gross has exceeded thirteen times its initial cost.
