These individuals are those whose addresses or identities could not be verified during the initial door-to-door survey. The government aims to give these citizens a fair chance to provide documentation and retain their voting rights. The Chief Minister noted that maintaining an accurate and inclusive voter list is essential for the integrity of the democratic process.
