Educationist and environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk has reached the 20-day mark of his indefinite hunger strike at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. Wangchuk has lost over 9 kilograms of body weight, and medical professionals warn that his body is now consuming muscle tissue, posing significant risks to his internal organs if the fast continues without medical intervention.
