Noida Woman FIR Over Abusive PM Remarks

Uttar Pradesh police have filed an FIR against a 25-year-old woman from Noida for allegedly using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The incident took place during a protest organized by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, which focused on paper leak irregularities. A notification stated that FIRs would be treated as closed, except for individuals with prior criminal backgrounds. Saurav Das criticized this terminology, suggesting the government should have formally withdrawn the FIRs.
