Kochi Corporation Audits Smart City Assets As CSML Winds Up

The Kochi Corporation has initiated a comprehensive audit of all assets and projects developed under the Smart City mission as the Cochin Smart Mission Limited winds up its operations. Mayor V.K. Minimol directed the superintendent engineer to submit a detailed report evaluating the efficiency and utility of these infrastructure projects.

The review comes as urban development authorities transition project management responsibilities back to local civic bodies following the scheduled completion of the central mission framework. Local officials are focusing on ensuring the long-term operational viability of public utilities and digital installations established over the course of the initiative.
