Veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra has revealed that a property he purchased decades ago for a sum of ₹4.25 lakh is now valued at approximately ₹500 crore. The plot, situated in the elite Pali Hill area of Mumbai, was originally owned by fellow actor Bharat Bhushan. Jeetendra acquired the villa during a period when Bhushan was experiencing severe financial difficulties. This investment has since appreciated nearly 10,500 times, marking it as one of the most successful real estate transitions in the history of the Indian film industry.
