Mohammad Ali Jauhar University Secures Interim Relief Against Demolition Order

The Moradabad Divisional Commissioner’s court granted an interim stay on the planned demolition of buildings at Mohammad Ali Jauhar University in Rampur. This judicial intervention provides temporary relief to the educational institution founded by Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan. The university had been facing a demolition threat following a local administrative order that cited construction violations.
