The upcoming tablet retains the signature 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, complete with the controversial central notch for the selfie camera and a dual rear camera array. Measuring approximately 326 x 208 x 5mm, the device dimensions appear nearly identical to the previous generation. While the exterior design remains consistent, this continuity suggests that the focus for the S12 iteration remains firmly on internal performance rather than an aesthetic overhaul.

The primary advancements for the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra are centered on processing power and efficiency. Reports link the device to MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9500 processor (model MT6993), which is expected to deliver a significant performance boost over the current Dimensity 9400+ architecture. Expected specifications include 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.
