India and Japan Sign Maritime Security Pact for Defense Cooperation

India and Japan have officially signed a comprehensive maritime security pact aimed at deepening defense cooperation between the two democratic powerhouses in the Indo-Pacific. The agreement was finalized during high-level bilateral talks between Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and his Japanese counterpart, Shinjiro Koizumi.
