The Delhi Traffic Police have issued a strict advisory, alerting citizens to severe congestion across Lutyens' Delhi as thousands march to Parliament on the first day of its Monsoon Session. Traffic regulations and police presence are in effect at major intersections including Rafi Marg and Vijay Chowk, as the capital remains on high alert. The movement has declared this march 'India's second freedom movement.'
