Raushan Anand Alleges Conspiracy In Brother's Nepal Death Following Patna Violence

Following his release on bail, Raushan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute, has alleged a sinister conspiracy regarding the death of his brother, Prince Yadav, in Nepal. Yadav, an accused in the June 2 vandalism case at Faisal Khan’s Khan Global Studies (KGS) institute, was found dead in a Biratnagar hotel on Sunday. Anand has demanded a CBI probe and a fresh postmortem, claiming his brother’s death is connected to threats he received while in custody.

The conflict originated from violent clashes on June 2 at the Musallahpur Haat area in Patna, where property was damaged and a security guard was injured. Raushan Anand accused two security guards linked to Faisal Khan of threatening him in jail to force a compromise. Conversely, Faisal Khan, who has sought anticipatory bail, has denied all allegations of wrongdoing through his legal counsel, expressing condolences for the death of Prince Yadav in a video statement released on social media.

The investigation into both the vandalism case and the death of Prince Yadav remains intense. Anand has criticized the Patna police for allegedly acting selectively, questioning the speed of his own arrest compared to the handling of the case against Faisal Khan. As the legal battle persists, supporters of Anand have gathered in Patna to show solidarity while authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death in Nepal.
