Qatar has officially lifted its temporary suspension on maritime navigation for all vessels, effective immediately on July 5, 2026. The move allows both commercial sailing and fishing boats to resume operations in the Persian Gulf. This decision reverses a restrictive advisory issued on June 29 that urged all vessels to halt activities due to safety concerns.
