Parul Gulati Alleges 8 Lakh Fraud at Bengaluru Store

Actress and entrepreneur Parul Gulati has filed allegations regarding a significant financial fraud at her Bengaluru-based Nish Hair outlet. The business owner discovered that store employees were allegedly diverting customer payments into their personal bank accounts rather than the company’s official channels. Gulati reported the incident after noticing persistent inventory discrepancies and suspicious behavior during an unannounced store inspection, ultimately leading to a visit to the local police station.

The alleged scam, which Gulati claims occurred over a period of approximately six months, involved employees instructing customers to transfer funds directly to their personal accounts. During the discovery process, the store manager purportedly admitted to the misappropriation of funds totaling approximately Rs 8 lakh. While the manager was confronted on-site, the sales executive implicated in the scheme—who had allegedly managed the store's CCTV systems and attempted to evade the inspection—is currently absconding.

Expressing frustration over the likelihood of recovering the lost capital, Gulati utilized social media to raise awareness and caution her customer base. She has urged anyone who shopped at the Bengaluru outlet and paid via personal transfers to verify their transaction details immediately. By publicly detailing the incident, the entrepreneur aims to prevent further victimization of customers and ensure that the accused individuals are held accountable in the wider professional market.
