Muzaffarpur ICU Fire: Doctor and Hospital Staff Arrested for Fatal Negligence

Police in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, have arrested three hospital staff members, including the on-duty doctor who was allegedly absent, following a devastating fire in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private hospital that killed six people.
