The new lineup features high-stakes military and historical narratives, including the much-anticipated Border 3, a biopic centered on the 1965 Indo-Pakistani War hero General Harbaksh Singh—who was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 1966—and an Air Force-themed drama titled Operation Sindoor. Additionally, the studio is diversifying its portfolio by introducing a three-part treasure-hunt action-adventure franchise and a long-form digital series documenting the creative legacy of legendary filmmaker OP Dutta.

In a separate major development, superstar Salman Khan is reportedly in advanced discussions with Excel Entertainment for an upcoming big-budget historical period film. Directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the project is set to feature Khan in a central warrior role. The actor is currently expected to begin production on this ambitious saga by Summer 2027, following the completion of his ongoing professional commitments, signaling a return to large-scale period epics for the industry.
