Mudfest Delhi 2026 Brings Off-Road Thrills to Gurugram

Mudfest Delhi 2026 recently concluded at the Tandem Hills course in Gurugram, drawing a diverse crowd of off-road enthusiasts and their vehicles. Returning for its second iteration following a successful debut in October 2025, the event serves as a platform for owners of SUVs and 4x4s to test their driving skills on a challenging, purpose-built obstacle course. Founded by 16-year-old Nabhya Lalwani, the event focuses on accessibility and fostering a community-driven environment rather than competitive performance.

The Tandem Hills track was specifically designed to simulate real-world off-road hazards, featuring steep inclines, deep mud pits, and technical sections like camel humps. Participants engaged with a wide variety of vehicles, ranging from standard Mahindra Thars and Maruti Jimnys to heavily modified rigs, including lifted Jeep Wranglers and classic Gypsys. Several participants encountered challenges in the muddy sections, requiring recovery assistance, which added to the authentic off-road experience fostered during the rainy weekend.

Beyond the core 4x4 obstacle course, Mudfest Delhi 2026 integrated professional motorsport elements by hosting drifting sessions managed by racer Jasmehar Singh Jubbal. The skid pad featured a diverse lineup of vehicles, including a BMW M8, a Mercedes-AMG C43 Coupe, and a Mahindra BE 6, which showcased the event's versatility. As off-roading continues to gain popularity in the Delhi-NCR region, events like Mudfest provide a safe, organized venue for enthusiasts to push their vehicles' limits in a controlled environment.
