Interpol Issues Red Notice for Monaco Bomb Attack Suspect

Authorities have officially issued an arrest warrant and an Interpol Red Notice for the primary suspect in the parcel bombing that recently occurred in Monaco. The attack severely wounded a Ukraine-born multimillionaire along with two other individuals.
