Indian Railways Approves ’175 Crore Raipur Maintenance Facility Expansion

Indian Railways has sanctioned a ’175 crore project to expand electric locomotive maintenance infrastructure at the High Horse Power Diesel Shed in Raipur. Operating under the South East Central Railway (SECR), the project aims to create dedicated homing facilities for 250 three-phase electric locomotives.
