Honda To Launch ZR-V Hybrid SUV In India This July

Honda is set to expand its premium SUV portfolio in India with the launch of the ZR-V hybrid SUV this July. Positioned as a premium offering above the existing Honda Elevate, the ZR-V is designed to cater to the growing demand for high-performance, fuel-efficient vehicles. Bookings for the SUV are already open, signaling Honda's intent to capture a larger share of the premium segment. The India-spec Honda ZR-V is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine integrated with a dual-motor strong-hybrid system. This powertrain delivers a combined output of 184hp and 315Nm of torque, ensuring a dynamic driving experience. The vehicle features an e-CVT transmission that sends power to the front wheels. With a claimed fuel economy of 22.80kmpl and an impressive range of 1300km on a single fuel tank, the ZR-V is engineered for both city commuting and long-distance travel, offering significant efficiency for its class.
