Hexaware Technologies has entered a strategic partnership with SmartRent, Inc. to accelerate the adoption of AI-native operations within the rental housing industry. This collaboration focuses on transforming customer operations and revenue processes through integrated technological workstreams. The initiative is designed to modernize SmartRent’s program, leveraging Hexaware's global IT service footprint to drive efficiency across its apartment community management solutions.

In a parallel development, Hexnode UEM has integrated its platform with ServiceNow's Incident Management system. This integration centralizes device data to improve IT agent productivity and speed up incident resolution. By allowing endpoint remediation directly from the ServiceNow AI platform, the feature targets organizations aiming to converge IT operations (ITOps) with security operations (SecOps). The update is currently available for customers subscribed to the Hexnode Ultra plan.
