Delhi Government Targets 32,000 EV Charging Points to Accelerate Adoption

The Delhi government has unveiled an ambitious plan to significantly expand the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in the national capital. Under the framework of its new EV policy, the administration aims to increase the number of charging points from the current 9,000 to 32,000 over the next four years. This expansion is designed to address one of the primary barriers to EV adoption: range anxiety and the lack of accessible charging facilities for urban commuters.
