Deadly Damascus Cafe Bombing Claims Six Lives

An explosive device detonated at a crowded cafe on Al-Nasr Street in central Damascus on Thursday, resulting in at least six deaths and 22 injuries. The attack, occurring in the al-Marjah district near the Palace of Justice, represents a major security challenge for the current Syrian administration. Emergency responders, including the Ministry of Interior and local medical services, treated the wounded at Al-Mouwasa Hospital, where officials warn the death toll may increase due to the severity of injuries sustained in the blast.
